Our Approach to training 

Training needs analysis

The first stage in the delivery of training will be the engagement with the stakeholders to find out the exact training needs of the employees in order to specifically select or create the training that will be suitable and relevant to the needs of the beneficiaries. This is a very crucial step in ensuring that we add value by empowering the employees with relevant and current skills.

Design learning and development programmes

This is the second stage in our approach to delivering the training that our clients and beneficiaries need. This stage will be informed by what the training needs are and relevant,  appropriate programmes will be developed from scratch or customised from our many training programmes we have across variuos fields of study.

Implementation of the learning programmes

In this third stage of our approach to training, we deploy our  well trained  and knowleadgeable facilitators to deliver to the learners the training as agreed to in the engagement and design phases. Our facilitators will ensure that the learners are engaged throughout their learning and in the end, become competent in whatever the training they were engaged in. As we are an accredited training provider our training will ensure that it adheres to the assessment principles as required by SETAs.

Provide feedback and review.

This last step of our approach to training is to give the learners an opportunity to provide us anonymously with feedback on training and also on the facilitator who was facilitating training. This will help us to improve on our training and ensure that our learning programmes are having an impact on the beneficiaries.
